Business Development Manager

Coeadapt is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Recruitment Sales professional. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and generating revenue through the sale of recruitment services.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
2. Identify and prospect potential clients to promote our recruitment services.
3. Actively engage in cold calling, lead generation, networking events, and client meetings to build a robust sales pipeline.
4. Customize recruitment solutions based on clients' specific needs and requirements.
5. Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging business opportunities.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand job requirements and effectively match candidates to the clients' needs.
8. Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients to close deals and maximize profitability.
9. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
10. Provide accurate sales forecasts and weekly progress reports to the sales manager.
11. Stay informed about the changing recruitment landscape, technologies, and best practices to enhance sales performance.
12. Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to promote our recruitment services and expand professional networks.
13. Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and sales pipeline management.
14. Keep abreast of market trends, industry news, and competitor activities through continuous professional development.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to confidently present to clients.
3. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
4. Excellent persuasion and objection-handling skills to overcome sales barriers.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
6. Proactive and persistent attitude towards achieving sales goals.
7. Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
10. Willingness to travel to client sites, as needed.
11. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus.
